The Crowd Control mod used to increase the stun chance of a shotgun by 5% per rank for a maximum of 30% at rank 5.

Notes
- Calculated from a weapon's base stun chance, therefore weapons without a chance to stun would not receive any benefit from this mod.
- As the namesake of the mod suggests, Crowd Control was almost absolutely effective on all shotgun-type weaponry in every shot as each pellet was granted a stun chance. This could simply stun a group of enemies more effectively and grant alternate weapons the ability to dispatch the targets with ease.
- As of Update 11, has been replaced by
Shotgun Savvy.
