Cold proc to any enemy affected by the ability, with enemies close to the player being frozen outright.

Tips
- Cold Snap is a useful mod when deploying Itzal both in space and on Landscapes such as the Plains of Eidolon via an Archwing Launcher, both for increased survivability and crowd control. In the case of the latter, the ability can conveniently pull enemies into a frozen clump of helpless targets at the mercy of the Itzal flyer's weapons.
