Notes
- Successfully hacking a console while the speed buff is already active will refresh the buff timer.
- Useful for spy missions for when you need to travel from one vault to another with the vaults usually being so far away.

- The name of this mod is a wordplay on runtime, the time that a computer program is actively running.

- Increased the Runtime Sprint Speed buff from 50% to 75%, and the Duration from 10 seconds to 15 seconds.
