Raid missions required the player to find an artifact, loot it, and return to extraction. Players will receive a random mod, blueprint or consumable as a mission reward on completion of a Raid mission. Unlike items picked up from enemies, the reward item has its card's picture on it in the mission summary screen.

Although Raid missions are officially removed, it is still possible to obtain this mission as secondary objective, along with the artifact drop rate.^{[citation needed]}

• The sixth mission of the Vor's Prize quest has the player retrieve a 'navigation segment' from a Grineer Galleon, using the same storage/containment system as seen during Raid missions.
